Claim Requirements

All claims must be supported by the following:

A written explanation describing the problem in detail.
Claims for non-wood component issues must follow the same documentation process.

Photos and supporting documents can be sent via email or postal mail.

Claim Processing

All valid claims will be processed within 1 (one) week of receipt.
A decision will be communicated within 10 (ten) days after claim submission.

Claim Rejection

A claim may be rejected if:

It is not supported by purchase and shipping documentation.
It is submitted after the allowable claim period without approved extension.
Required photographic evidence and explanation are missing or incomplete.

Guarantee Coverage
